Our Weekly programming is designed for all levels of fitness to allow for inclusiveness, scalability, and driving results. Our primary objective is to improve your overall quality of life.

We drive physical and mental fitness results using expert coaches coupled with the support of the community to help one another achieve their fitness goals. We also believe in starting with the basic fundamentals to be sure you are moving safely and correctly. To ensure all of our new members stay safe, we require first-time CrossFitters to complete the SGV Basics before joining your peers in regular CrossFit classes.

SGV Basics - Intro to CrossFit

Our foundational program is designed specifically for first time Crossfitters. You will be engaged in learning core fundamental movements, basic gymnastics, and Olympic lifting - all while building your overall fitness capacity.
